Avocado Mousse Cake

The avocado mousse cake is available from now until August 31st.

To make an eight-inch cake we use more than half a kilo of avocados!

Part of them mix into the cake batter. The rest we use to make a soft lemon-avocado mousse which sits on top of the cake.

When all the ingredients have set we top it off with a layer of freshly whipped cream and then the ‘cherry on the pie’: freshly roasted pistachios, which create an amazing taste sensation!
