Raspberry cheesecake (slice)
This smooth and creamy cheesecake sits on a crumbly coconut base, with whole raspberries inside the cake. The rich full flavored cheese is complemented with a layer of fruity jelly made of pure raspberries.
 
We did not use flour to make this cake but note that it may still contain traces of gluten because it is made in the same kitchen as other cakes and pies.
