Tiramisu Pie

This pie builds on two never disappointing components: Pie and Italian Tiramisu!

As a base we use our shortbread pie crust with a thin layer of dark chocolate.

We then fill this crust with our fresh homemade tiramisu: two layers of ladyfingers dipped in espresso, each topped with a layer of velvety mascarpone cream and finally dusted with cocoa powder.

Our tiramisu pie is rich, creamy yet not too sweet and it is alcohol free.
